Outlook exports all of your contacts, so you may wish to open the MinuteBase_Contacts.csv file in a spreadsheet application like Microsoft Excel and remove the contacts you don't wish to import into MinuteBase.

Now sign into your MinuteBase account. Go to the People section and select Import People from the toolbar menu on the top-right.

On the Import page select CSV

Select the file you exported from Outlook or Excel by clicking the Choose File button. Then click the Import button.

You will now be presented with the field mappings for your file. Match the MinuteBase fields to those of your file's data. You can cycle through each of your contacts by clicking on the arrows.

You may also need to check Ignore headings if you see that headings make up the first set of fields from your file.

Once you are satisfied that the fields are mapped click the Next button at the bottom of the page.

You will now see a list of the contacts which were successfully imported.

You can undo the process, or go to the invites page.
