Importing Contacts from Gmail into MinuteBase

Start by going to your Gmail account and selecting Contacts. You can export all your contacts, but most likely you will only want to bring a selection into MInuteBase.

Select the contacts you wish to export, go to the More Actions drop down menu and select Export...

Make sure Selected contacts radio button is selected

Click Export, a file called **contacts.vcf" will be downloaded to your PC.

Now sign in to your MinuteBase account. Go to the People section and select Import People from the right-hand side of the tool bar.

On the Import page select vCard

Now upload your vCard file by clicking the Choose File button and selecting file you exported from Gmail.

Click the Import button:

You will now see a list of the contacts which were successfully imported.

You can undo the process, or go to the invites page.
