How do I edit a minute?

If you wish to edit a minute move your pointer over it, the minute will be highlighted grey, then double-click.

You can change the type of minute, for example from Text to Action, by selecting a different tab in the editor.

When you've updated the minute click the Update button or Shift + Enter on your keyboard.
