Outlook exports all of your contacts, so you may wish to open the MinuteBase_Contacts.csv file in a spreadsheet application like Microsoft Excel and remove the contacts you don't wish to import into MinuteBase.

Now sign into your MinuteBase account. Go to the People section and select + Add Person from the top-left menu.

In the Import Contacts sidebar select CSV

You will now be presented with the field mappings for your file. Match the MinuteBase fields to those of your file's data. You can cycle through each of your contacts by clicking on the arrows. Once you are satisfied that the fields are mapped click the Continue button.
