Importing Contacts from Gmail into MinuteBase

Start by going to your Gmail account and selecting Contacts. You can export all your contacts, but most likely you will only want to bring a selection into MInuteBase.

Select the contacts you wish to export, go to the Groups drop down menu and select New Group...

Call the group "MinuteBase":

You will now see all the contacts you selected are part of the MInuteBase group. Now click Export:

You will be presented with the export and format selections, select "MinuteBase" and vCard:

Click Export, a file called **contacts.vcf" will be created.

Now sign into your MinuteBase account. Go to the People section and select + Add Person from the top-left menu.

In the Import Contacts sidebar select vCard

Now upload your vCard file by clicking the Choose File button and selecting file you exported from Gmail.

Click the Import button:

You will now see a list of the contacts which were successfully imported.

You can undo the process, or go to the invites page.
