When you login to MinuteBase, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects your username and password, ensuring that your data is only available to registered users in your organisation unless explicitly shared.

Every paid MinuteBase account also includes the option to force SSL encryption for all communication with our servers to make sure that no data is transmitted unencrypted.

All data is encrypted and backed up on a nightly basis to a number of offsite locations and can be recovered in the unlikely event that anything goes wrong with our servers.
