Go to the settings area

You'll have to be the account owner to access the settings area.

Click 'cancel my account'

You'll be prompted to confirm that you really want to cancel your account.

Once your account is cancelled all content will be immediately and permanently deleted.

You won't be charged again but you are responsible for any charges already incurred.
