Additional features
I was considering a similar app to your minutebase but decided
that I would rather support you. I trust that my comments will
assist with the success of your venture.
We see meetings as part of project management and would like to see
more project management features.
Minutes can also be seen as a part of an issue management
process and therefore each item on the minutes:
- A status like "note" (no-action required), "normal" (action
required) - Persons responsible to the action - Creating date,
action date, revised action date - Sign-off by the person
responsible for the item i.e. somebody must acknowledge confirm all
the actions are completed
People should be able to see the outstanding or completed actions.

You'll be pleased to hear that the next phase of MinuteBase's development will focus on many of those project management features, so any information at about your particular use case would be invaluable as we build those features.
