Remove attendees from a meeting

Hi.
How do I remove attendees that are removed as users, from a meeting.

    Hi Peter,

    Thanks for reporting this to us. We took the view that deleting a user shouldn't remove them from the meetings they attended or erase any minutes or actions they have had assigned to them.

    When a user is deleted by an admin they will obviously no longer have access to the MinuteBase account and therefore any meetings they attended.

    However, there is a bug which means a deleted user cannot be removed from the Cover Sheet area of a meeting. We'll post a fix shortly and will let you know when it's live.

    Hi Peter,

    Sorry for the delay in getting back to you with a proper resolution.
    I've just removed deleted attendees from your meetings, so hopefully that resolves the immediate issue.

    We're working on some changes to the way that attendees/users handle being deleted, but that's part of a bigger piece of work which will take a little while to finish.

    If you have any more problems in the meantime, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
